Each engagement is shaped by the service contracted. The process creates clarity without implying that every project includes purchasing, contractor management, delivery, or installation.
Consultation
Qualified interior inquiries are guided to the appropriate paid consultation or separate walkthrough. Qualified event inquiries may be invited to a complimentary fit call.
Scope and Agreement
If the opportunity is aligned, Echelon defines the services, deliverables, responsibilities, design fee, schedule, and agreement. Design work begins only after the required agreement and payment are complete.
Design
Echelon develops the contracted creative direction, applicable plans, selections, furnishings, and presentation milestones for client review and approval.
Procurement and Implementation Support
Purchasing, order coordination, project-team collaboration, delivery, contractor communication, and installation support occur only when included in the signed scope.
Completion
The contracted work concludes with the applicable installation, styling, documentation, or project closeout included in the agreement.

Does submitting an inquiry reserve an appointment?
No. An inquiry begins Echelon’s review process. It does not confirm an appointment, reserve availability, create a client relationship, or authorize work.
Is the consultation fee the design fee?
No. A consultation or walkthrough is an initial service. The design fee is prepared separately for the approved scope. Furnishings, materials, construction, delivery, installation, taxes, and third-party costs are separate.
Does every project include procurement and installation?
No. Those stages depend on the service and signed agreement. Echelon performs only the purchasing, coordination, implementation, or installation support expressly included in the contracted scope.
Does Echelon provide architecture or construction?
No. Architecture, engineering, construction, permitting, inspections, and code compliance remain with the properly licensed professionals and governing authorities.
